Given 2 days notice that they cannot do the move

I chose the company to move me from Pretoria to Ubombo, KZN. When I supplied them with the details of my new address, I specified that they should Google the address just to make sure they knew where it was. Two days before the move was meant to happen, they phoned to say that they are unable to do the move for the quoted price as they thought I was moving to Durban, not Ubombo. They were only willing to do the move if I pay an extra R7000. It may be a mistake on their part, but that is their problem and not mine.
