Bad Service, Guess repairs

Here is a list of why no one should take their car to BMW in midrand

1. I took my car for service at BMW Midrand on the 10 May 2013.by August it needed oil service again, i took my car back to BMW and i was told its a CBS error and they needed to correct it, i advised them that the car had no oil i had to put oil in the car, they said that cant be true cause the is no oil leaks in the car they checked it, any person can see the oil all over the car, that didn't make sense to me, but i let it go because they are the expects, now my garage is full of oil and my engine looks bad.

2. On the 29 August 2013 i took my car back to BMW for coolant problem that they had picked up with the car, after they gave me 3 quotes for the same job, FROM R3000, THEN R7100 AND FINALLY I PAID R8300
i though well my car is my price possession what is R8300 for coolant repairs.
THEN ON THE 9 September 2013 11 DAYS AFTER THE REPAIRS WERE DONE, THE COOLANT WARNING SIGN SHOWS AGAIN.

WHEN I COLLECTED THE CAR AND PART WAYS WITH MY HARD EARNED R8300 GLENN JACOBS TOLD ME THEY DID TEST ON THE CAR AND THE IS NO WATER LEAKS, HE
HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, ARE THEY DOING THEIR REPAIRS ON GUESS WORK?
