Hi,
I called Avis and spoke to someone who told me that they are busy helping clients and they can't help, and that have to call them back in 5 minutes. I called back 15 minutes later and was told that the people who can help me were out for lunch and I should call them back in 5 minutes, I was speaking to Sophie. I find this behaviour very confusing. Surely, they should take my phone number and call me back...?
