Bad service and attitude from petrol station staff

Petrol attendents at the Total service station in Pimville, tend to be overly friendly with their customers, which is not necessarily a bad thing unless, they start making friends with certain custumers and begin to grant them siniority over other paying consumers.

I was at the above named service station last night, 8 Septemper 2013, when I the next in line for my car to be refilled, I watched the petrol attendents making conversation with 3 other customers that arrived after me and got served before me. When I asked the petrol attendent that finally came to come serve me why this was happening, he gave me an attitude and told me he was helping the person because they did not know where to go. I then replied that I was there prior to the 3 cars, to which he told me that he was helping me now so whats the problem.

This was when I drove away to another service station, as I was not willing to spend my money there anymore. I was under the impression that, service stations used the first in, first out principle, rather than friends first and the rest will follow. I decided not to fill up at Total anymore until something can be done about this.
