I took my vehicle for the 30 000km service on 3 September 2013. I was contacted by a person called, Maggie, from Hyundai to tell me that there is 2 marks on my windscreen on the passenger's side and if they can "fix" it with a life time guarantee which will cost me R291.00. I authorize it and I paid when I collected my vehicle. I was under the impression that the windscreens was "fixed". The motor had to be taken back for brake pads on 6 September 2013 after which I was called AGAIN by the same person about the same problem, ie windscreen. I told her that I've paid already and therefore it means the job was NEVER done!!! How can I ever trust Hyuandai Services Department with any service again cause I will never know if the job was done or not although it gets paid for.
