Car Deal gone wrong

On the 12 July 2013 I bought a car from Chelston Motors could not get the car right away as I could only have the required deposit on the 15 August 2013.On the 15 August 2013 I fecthed the car the next day the clutched plate was damaged I got stuck on my way to work. The dealership took the car for repairs. On the 3rd of September I had still not received the car thus I asked the dealership to cancel the deal.05 September was told the car has been fixed and I could not cancel the deal as there interest applicable to the account now and since the dealership has fixed the car I could not cancell the deal.06 September 2013 I received the car however the immobilzer was disconnected. Can someone please assist with legal advise. I need to know legally where do I stand
