Cash payment and Bad Service

Car went in for service and clutch had to be replaced. Had to pay cash for some parts even though my vehicle was under warranty and still had a maintenance plan. I was offered no courtesy vehicle from the branch. At the same time their feedback was poor. I was calling them more than them calling me. At the same time, after receiving my car back I opened the bonnet on that weekend and saw that my engine cover was missing. Have tried several times to call Kia Fourways, to get told they will call me back, and to this day have received no feedback as to why I had to pay cash and to where my engine cover is. I have escalated this to Kia SA, and they are just as bad, as I too am still awaiting a response from them.

May I ask: what is the point of taking the extra coverage on our vehicles if we still have to pay cash for parts? and where my engine cover is, well I still await to find out!!
