Poor service, poor feedback, repairs

My 2011 Polo 1.4 Trendline's roof lining needs to be replaced. It's still under warranty, so obviously it should'nt take that long. Sadly I had to wait about 3 weeks for the part, only to receive a phone call to come see the part - which was faulty. So now a new part needed to be ordered. I could'nt get my car back because they removed the old roof lining in such a way that it could not be replaced. Hearing that they had to take all the doors off your car and seeing your car without any seats..wow..really does spoil the veiw you had of your car. Don't know if I still want it after that (I bought it a few weeks before this hole situastion).

So now i'm driving a car that I had to borrow from Toyota because there's no courtesy car available. So it's been 2 weeks (going on 3 weeks) and I still dont have my car back! Still no courtesy car! Phoning them is such a pain because they never seem to have a answer and always promises to phone you back within the hour - never happens! Four calls without them phoning back once!

I always dreamed of driving a Polo (love the car) but now the feeling just isn't the same! Think twice about buying your next VW!!! Not happy!
