Complaint was logged last week and a response was received to say that feedback will be received in 3 days. To date no feedback on the progress has been received. My insurance company refuses to pay due to the motor vehicle not being registered on my name. I am now being inconvienced due to not having a motor vehicle and also a debt of R 142 000. My child now has to be at school at 6:30 in the morning due to lack of transport. Multifranchise refuses to acknowledge that there was a mess up on their side. I have also requested a rebate of my registration fees that i have been charged for due to the registration process not happening but it seems that my requests are being ignored.
i refuse to take liability for their house/admin not being in order.
