Mahindra SA unbelievebly incompetent

I bought a Mahindra Genio Double Cab in June 2013 at their Alberton Dealership. I had problems with the vehicle from day one. 1.The paintwork was badly finished. 2.The decals on the front grill looks like they stuck an old one on there. 3. The vehicle has a nasty mechanical noise on acceleration. 4. It has a shudder on acceleration. 5. It has a vibration that gets worse at speeds over 80km/h. 6. There is massive wind noise at the doors. 7. Electric windows does not close correctly each time. 8. Heater does not work correctly. Does not heat the vehicle sufficiently on cold mornings.

Mahindra SA acknowledged all the problems listed above and said that they would address it. I was even asked to postpone the booking of the vehicle so that the Technical Staff at Mahindra SA can attend to the vehicle personally. From the time the vehicle has been booked in at the dealership not one of the Technical staff has attended to the vehicle.

The vehicle has currently been at the dealer for more than two weeks now and except for the paintwork that was partly finished nothing else has been done. I have had no assitance from the factory except for a lady called Jolanda Wolvaardt.
