I Service my car at Volkswagen Mcharthy the 8 August 2013 and my waterpump needed to be replaced. I paid cash because Neil the machanic did not pick up on the system that I have a maintance plan on my Polo Vivo Registration number ATT12GP. I phoned the Monday 12 August and they say I do have one and Neil will follow it up. I constantly phone and all they say the whole time is that they will come back to me. I am so frustrated because I din not pay for a maintanance plan for nothing and is cost me R2700 for the pump and to replaced it.
