On the 28th of March 2013 i received my new " new shape " Isuzu d/cab from Mc Carthy GM in Menlyn. It was a great day as i believe i was the 1st owner of the " new shape " vechile. I also paid ALL the extras on the vechile cash. I was told by the sales person JP that i will have 2 wait /- 4 weeks for the " nutchbar " Some time later i did visit the dealership and met Johan Swart the spares manager and he told me that he did order 4 of the " nutchbars ". On the 20th fo August 2013 i spoke 2 a " Nathon or Lathon O from GM South Africa - i am still waiting 4 his reply. On the 21st of August i did speak 2 Brent (011 2195970) from Mc Carthy head office and he also promised 2 sort the problem out and he will phone me back. Needless 2 say i still have NO joy from ANY person as 2 solve my problem. I need help 2 get my " nutchbar " from the dealer. How long should a person wait 4 items that i have paid for so long ago???
