Be careful, its seems they have a policy in place to call the client 2-3 days after you have received the vehicle, telling you they had 4 responses on the add, and they want to change you Option of payment. You are supposed to get R3, 000 for every purchase on that sms nr on your vehicle. Yet, if you log onto their Portal, there is only one listed. Besides that, I told this very insisting agent that I am not so sure about that, he just made up his own mind, after telling me you cannot convert back. Still he did not have my approval and just changed the Option. I am positive that they do this to all their clients
to get away with the part they have to refund you every month, and boy they stick to their story!! Don't even think their Managers will call you back as promised. I bought a TATA double cab, and we had to do the wheel alignment, wheel balancing and shimming!! That for a NEW VEHICLE that you just paid R205, 000 for! Amazing isn't it?? To me it seems they all have a factory fault on them.
