Excellent service and caring attitude

On Thursday, 29 August 2013, I stopped at the Engen's shop to buy a few things for supper at the Woolies section. I had with me, my four children plus a friend and we all went in to get crisps & juice for the kids plus my esssentials. Upon entering the Manager immediately approached me with a friendly hello and smile and brought a trolley for my goods. I popped the baby in there as she wanted to sit in the trolley and tried to organise the other children with their purchases whilst getting my own things. They were distracted by a friendly attendant supplying tasty treats from the Woolies foods and so they each had a -bit. Once we got to the till and the lady rang up all my things, she asked if I'd like to add one more item to push my purchase to over R100 so I could get a free goodie bag, which I did. We happily left with our shopping and extra goodie bag, when the manager stopped my at my car and enquired as to how many children I have. When I replied 5, he handed over 4 more goodies bags so each child had their own!! Wow, I was most impressed by this going the extra mile attitude. Keep up the good work!
