I never knew buying a vw car would be so stressful. I decided to buy a vw gti R 2012 model and i have had so much problems with the launch control on the car. i booked the car for service to see what was wrong with the car. On the first day Trevor the Service Manager told me he found a problem with the software and had to update the softwares. when i receive the car it had the same problem and i took the vehicle back to them. and had the mechatronic changed and the vehicle still had the same problem.
When i spoke to Venerson Sinivasan DP he was rude and told me to buy another car from a different dealer. I got so Upset i sold the car with 18.000 km i would hate to see how i would be treated if i bought a polo I also know that most of the car? s at vw bruma have been modify and still keep there service plan. I was told by the mechanics that if i modify my car with a chip or software it will resolve all the problems with the launch and lag problem i asked about my service plan they said the service plane would be intact, maybe they are getting a kick back from this chip or software place, its funny how they can do these things, and not fix the car them self
