Our experience with this crowd has been - full of promises, decent email and phone conversations but don't delude yourself, nothing is going to happen. Denis Kaye personally promises that your goods will be shipped but after months of no delivery, we have had to appoint another company to remove our goods from their warehouse in Epping and ship them overseas at an additional cost and when they collected our goods, there was no issue because Mr Kaye had no intention of ever delivering what we had paid for!
I have heard that sending him legal letters is a waste of time, he just ignores them but lets be honest, he is getting away with our money and we are just letting him. If anyone in SA wants to go down the whole legal route with this, i am in!
