I took my car for a service to Mercedez Benz M2 City when I went to pick it up I was given a report that everything is fine with the car. I had just driven it for a kilometer and I picked up there was problem with the revcount. Which it didnt have before I phoned Mercebenz and they told me to bring in the car. They checked the car and told me they found a rat. The wiring was damaged which that was the problem. my issue and the huge problem I have when they test drove the car they didnt pick this problem but confirmed to me that everything 100%. They now want me to pay R8000.00 for labour excluding parts for the problem that my car didnt have before it went in for service.
