I booked a VW Polo yesterday and was told that I will receive the vehicle by 9:00. They arrived at my premises after 10:30 with a Nissan. The vehicle was in a terible state, 55 000.00 km on the clock, had a terible smoking odor in the vehicle with dirty seats. I refused to sign for the vehicle and called the lady that did the booking. She appoligised and said she will arrange the Polo and will give me a call back in 1 hour. Absolutely no response and when i tried to dial her she does not answer the phone. I have rented many vehicles from your oposition and never ever received a vehicle in that state!
