Kia Picanto on Maintanance Plan & Bad Service!

On 1st service I asked them to fix rattle on steer wheel & boot after service it where even worse & to look @ car struggling to go into reverse gear (with a comment all is doing the shame). 2nd service asked them again for the rattles but stil not fix! Asked them also too have a look @ the cabual rattle (which they did broke the latch and order a new 1), aircon not making cold (order a pollen filter) But still waiting, Indecator combination switch, Gear knob loose (which they did fastened but yet want to replace it and I must pay). When I went to the branch to pick up my car they informed me to fix the complains is gonna cost me R3019 but car on maintanance plan. They even wanna charge me for wiper blades! I asked them why must I pay they said they will get back to me but they didn't. I even did make contact with Brendan Braaf (Case Manager) and after getting a refrence number from him (Ref 3325) also didn't hear anything else! They also don't know anything about time keeping coz they tell you your towbar will be installed @ 10am but only getting the car back after 4pm, after fighting with them over the phone and going to the branch manager! They also lack in telephone communi
