After my hail-damaged car was repaired in March, 2013, I noticed a few little niggles that weren't present before taking it for repairs. These included rattles, some overspray and a new well-hidden dent that couldn't possibly have been caused by hail.

Upon reporting my findings to the customer services team, they sprang into action. They listened intently, followed up with the various divisions of their repair centre, and never once did they shy away from responsibility.

A plan was put together, replacement parts were ordered from the dealership, and work began on the smaller issues almost immediately. Special mention must be made of Giovanni, who coordinated the whole process, and kept me well-informed throughout the whole process.

All of my complaints were resolved and never once did I feel as though I wasn't being listened to, or being treated in an unsatisfactory manner. They serve an excellent cup of coffee too!

I was in need of a panel clip on the weekend (24th August), but couldn't get one anywhere. As a last resort, I went past Renew-it to try my luck. I was welcomed, given a cup of coffee and given a few clips for free!

That, to me, means going the extra mile!
