I purchased a 2003 Discovery TD5 ES from NTT Toyota in White River. Sales person was PJ van Rensburg. There were a number of items wrong with the vehicle. NTT Toyota undertook to fix all interior and electrical problems. List to follow. All exterior problems where for my expense. As I was given the vehicle at a good price, this I was informed by the sales rep. Also see list below. I had to take delivery of the vehicle in December before most of the items were repaired or replaced. I got the impression the sales person as well as his manager wanted the sale to reflect under Decembers sales figures. I bought the vehicle back on numerous occasions for the individual problems to be resolved, once for road worthily. To date three of the items one been of importance, i.e. the hooter function. The vehicle went back many times for these items, each time nothing was done or I was told they were waiting for Land Rover for spares. I contacted Land Rover in Nelspruit. I was informed that there was an inquiry from NTT White River, but no parts ordered. When I eventually confronted PJ I was informed there was no money left from the profit on the vehicle and that he would have to fix it out of his own.
