Yesterday i do an online booking for rental of vehicle through ebucks travel with an all inclusive package and pay for it immediately. So very happy get of the plane go to AVIS to collect my vehicle. Well, to be honest it was right to present my credit card but then the consultant charge my card R1090. Luckily i am with fnb and get the sms immediately. On confrontation the consultant claims that it is in the toc. Then i call up the tocs on my iphone and show him no where it states an extra charge. His supervisor brings out documentation to convince me.
Mark my words if the R1090 is not returned into my account by 12:00 tomorrow I AVIS will be charged with and corruption. They firstly do the transaction without the clients consent.
