Bad service and no respond

I took in my tucson for a qoute on Friday. 3 lights are burning in the car, and in the morning the car doens want to go into "Drive"
Its now 15h10, and had not call from them yet, and cannot even get a quote out off them for the reply.
Im fetching my car and taking it to someone else who knows what is going on.
