On wednesday evening 28/08 i logged onto Zandos website, purchased 2 pairs of shoes (Cashual and formal) as well as a black pants which costed R735.00 in total, but i requested express delivery which costs R25.00 as well because i needed the goods delivered to me by the 30/08 as i needed to attend a function on the 31/08 and needed to wear those clothes for the function which is not needed now. What was the point of me paying for express delivery??? The service is pathetic, i called the call centre on Friday, spoke to a lady who said the driver will be delivering until 5:30, I kept waiting. I logged onto CourierIT to track my order, it says uncontactable, How??? When i keep waiting and nobody pitches up. I dont need this kind of service, i expect a full refund for my goods purchased and i vow to never purchase anything from Zando again. I have spend over R1000 at Zando in August alone as i bought a slip on shoe 2 weeks ago as well. I have also purchased stuff from Style36 and they delivered within 2 days without express delivery, clearly someone is sleeping on the job.
