I recently took my zx12 for service at Yamaha, over and above the great work they did on the service job they went further and fixed my left side fairing that which was damaged. The guys went and tightened my fairing and put in bolts that were missing all in the effort of cleaning the bike before handing it back to the customer!
Never have i experienced this before, I am eternally grateful and forever a customer.
