I recently placed a order for a Audi A1 at Audi centre Pinetown. Due to the vehicle being in bond at Port Elizabeth, delivery takes slightly longer than initially anticipated. Seeing that I had already sold my wife's car, we had to make do with just one vehicle, which is quite a daunting task if you have two small kids.
I discussed my scenario with Ken and Phillip, and was amazed with the outcome! They gave us a virtually brand new A1 to use until our vehicle arrives. Now that is service! I will definitely deal with them again in the future.
