23 July 2013 took delivery of the vehicle. contract not gone through in a manner that would make me (as a woman not being an expert) aware of everything that was in it. It was rushed through in a "sign here... sign here... sign here" manner.
- 24 July I emailed for the contract I signed the previous day. I was told that it would be sent to me. I then called the following day (Friday) for the documents which were not sent, who said it would be sent. I called Juan twice reminding him, who said it would be sent. I called again persistently during which I only got the paper work. This already raises the question of why I had to "beg" for the same paperwork I signed in a "sign here... sign here... sign here" manner...??
-Day 5: Took car to a garage. Garage found holes in exhaust, needed to be replaced. Cape Auto Centre advertised car but garage told me there was NO ALARM, NO IMMOBILSER, NO CENTRAL LOCKING.
-Day 7: Water pump burst, car towed into stellenbosch. - Thermostat dysfunctional hence the overheating of vehicle which resulted to pipe burst due to pressure mounting. Radiator filthy.
