Paying for mottor warranty

Good day

My dad bought a 2009 pre-owen ed honda accord executive in april 2013 at Honda polokwane (market street).first week of may we discovered a strange sign on the dash board. Then took it back to the garage and kobus attended to it and the sign disappears and came bk again after two weeks within the month of may.we took it back then the car was taken to the workshop then disappears again, in june the sign came back and we decided to go through the manual and discovered that the sign is for a pdf connected and its very dangerous went back to the garage to discus the way forward since the car is still under mechanical warranty then workshop people sent a claim for the part to innovation group and the R15000 quotation was sent back to Honda plk.they contacted him and told him that innovation group can only pay R7000 then the rest of the balance shall be paid by my father and sales man told him that the garage can only pay R2000 for the part then the remaining balance he will make a plan.till today they waiting for money so that they can start ordering the part. Now this is very devastating as my father is now admitted in hospital and I feel that this is an unfair treat
