Wrong QTY Ordered and poor Service

I ordered a couling with screws and bolts and stuff for my SV1000s. Leon gave me a form to highlight all the parts needed. On the order form the QTY is already displayed (example 8 of this or 3 of that) and indicates how many of each I will require for the installation. 2 Weeks later when everything arrived, I asked my sister to collect the items for me. I then started to disassemble my bike to fit the couling. When I realised that the order Leon placed was for only 1 of each and bolt etc, and 3 covers, 2 left and 1 right (only 1 of each required). How difficult can it be to order the correct qty if the list is right in front of you? I then spoke to Leon and Jurie on Saturday 17/08/2013. Jurie said he will sort it out and come back to me on Monday. Monday came and went... Tuesday I emailed them thanking them for coming back to me. I then got an email saying that the parts that I require will cost me an additional R413 and will only be ordered once I have paid... No I am forced to go to Builders or so to buy screws and try and mount my couling due to Suzuki Tou Store not bing able to place a simple order. This is not on... Not on at all...
