Pathetic service

On Sat 12 Jan 2013 I purchased a Lavita coffee table cash. Desmond assisted and said i can take it same time. we put the box in my car and i continued shopping at the mall. About 5pm I received a call from Desmond stating that he gave me the wrong box and that i must return it. Fortunately I was still in the mall and we met at my car where i gave it to him. He said I must come back the next day to collect the correct box. On Sunday i was there about 11am and Desmond gave me 3 boxes to load in my car. When i got home i decided to assemble to table only to find that incorrect parts was given. I received two bottom parts with peeling wood, no glass and no screws. I called them and Desmond said that that they do not have any more stock but offered me the display one. imagine the nerve!! i refused and he then said the manager will order one and it will take 3 days. On monday Malcolm said that he ordered the table and that there was another customer with the same problem and stock will arrive on wednesday. Today, thursday i got to the store and the new boxes had no screws. Malcolm, the sales manager was just standing there like an ornament. i demanded my money back. Pathetic service!!!
