My car broke down in Cape Town city centre. Being new to the area, the AA towed me to a known mechanic, which turned out to be TAS Taylor's Automotive Services. Wow! What a reception. They made me relax and feel comfortable and safe and despite it being late in the afternoon, they stayed open late to make sure my car was fixed and I could drive home that very same evening. ALL the staff worked with the same attitude of honesty, integrity and helping me the very best they could. A great family run business, everyone knows their stuff and they are not out to rip you off or make a quick buck like most - instead, this you can see is a company run on good energy and great attitude.
