We call on Taylor's Electrical & he sent his staff out promptly. That was the last bit of good service. For days we could not get an account from the company. We also asked for Certificate of Compliance. We have been struggling for nearly 3 weeks - he does not answer his 'phone nor return calls if one leaves a message. I am at a loss to know how this company can possible exist with such bad management. Since we have paid him up-front for the report we cannot even go elsewhere. What a disappointment. For someone who pays for his advertisements on the "Little Look Guide" he re-acts very badly.
