We paid for 2 electronic keys and a new lock mechanism on 24 October 2012.
The mechanism was installed 3 months later!!!
One additional electronic key and two additional key inserts (metal door opener) were not delivered.
We complained with the manager of Mercedes Benz Bryanston, who heard our complaint and put us back to the useless service advisor (Kuben Govender), only to find out that he LOST OUR PAPERWORK and we had to re-submit certified copies of ID and ownership certificate of the car.
Around 5 months later we ARE STILL WAITING for ANY kind of feedback.
They are useless!! Never again will i deal with that branch of Mercedes Benz
