Sold a vehicle with a false temporaly licence and

They sold the vehicle knowong it had mechanical problems and didnt onform my wife about that and issuing a false permit of which my wife received a ticket fine for. The vehicle make is a silver Dodge Calibre 2.4 sxt. It is now three weeks with them and every time they new excuses and as to when we will get the car back.
