Booked my car in once got my car back with a smash

I bought a brand new Tata Indica which when picked up the fan switch was broken we then booked the car in to Tata Pinetown the Service consultant Letitia then reversed into something leaving my rear tail lights cracked subsequently the fan that they "repaired" then broke again we booked the car in again the car was then returned with the center vents blocked and not working to which my car was returned unrepaired the keys where then left with the security anyone could have collected my car as my identity was not even confirmed
