Hello Peter I had send the previous Letter to VW South Africa I am not assisted as yet and only today I got the reply from Twan van Huyssteen

Volkswagen Group South Africa and they said as they reviewed the Information they are having I am expected to pay 17 346.84 of the money and VW South Africa is going to pay 32 575.62 of the money I fail to understand why should I be paying that money as the car is still on warranty and I was not involved in an accident or anything on that note. I am still paying the full amount and yet no car no courtesy car. and the too amount when adding them together they don't add up to that 69.000 that they spoke of.
