I Bought a brand new car on 28/6/13 from Flip at TATA eastrand, on the 8/7/13 i realised that my tail lights and hand brake was not functional and my outside door Handel was loose, i took the car into Kia boksburg for repairs as arranged by Flip, the day after i received my car back i noticed that my tail Iight fitting was cracked and clued back. i followed up with Kia and Rian regarding the issues. while awaiting feedback from them i noticed yet another fault, the passenger visor was broken as well. i got into contact with Christo Jooste (National manger) and explained the whole ordeal to him and that i was extremely unhappy. Christo sent the complaint to Rian (branch principle) on the 15/7/13 and advised him that this needs to be sorted, i was told a meeting will be arranged with their technical department. i am yet to receive any feedback from anyone of TATA Eastrand after sending numerous emails to Rian/Christo and Andriehett Hatting [Email Removed]
My first monthly premium is yet to be deducted and i have had nothing but inconvenience with the brand new car and the staff from TATA. i will be taking this matter to the FAIS Ombud.
