The manager has a bad attitude

Yesterday we went to the garage to get some petrol, i got to the garage and told the petrol attendent to fill up my car with 95 for R500.The petrol attendant then filled my car with 93 and because i am a black woman i wad expected to understand. I would have understood if i was not travellinh to kzn but we all know if u dont fill up with the correct petrol that it wont last. He then said he is going to call a manager because i told him to make a plan as im not willing to pay for petrol that wont get me to kzn..The reason for ds complsin is 30mins of my time was wasted by the so called manager who would not give me his name vecause he said its not important, he told me to have ubuntu and understand like a bkack prrson that mistakes happen, that what do i expect him to do ad the guy who drains petrol from the car is at krugersdorp and dat i should park my car and wait for thay guy... hr continued to have an attitude telling me im being impossible raising his voice at me putting a show that black people these day have no Ubuntu... my question is that is thus what you train your staff on customer service?? is this how your managers have been trained on how to deal with customers specifical
