PATHETIC SERVICE WARRANTY CLAIMS

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A DODGE CALIBER 2012 FROM LUCKY. HE MENTIONED IN HIS WORDS WHEN SELLING ME THE CAR THAT I WOULD NOT NEED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING WITH HAVING THE WARRANTY PLAN EXCEPT FOR TYRES AND PETROL. I EMAILED HIM TO TELL HIM THAT THE PANEL WERE NOT STUCK ON PROPERLY AND THERE WAS AN AIR BUBBLE THAT OPENED UP. HE MENTIONED THAT I CAN COME IN AND HE WILL TAKE PHOTOS, THEN CHANGED HIS STORY AND SAID I MUST COME IN DURING THE WEEK TO WHICH WE HAD LONG DEBATE WITH EMAILS FLYING LEFT, RIGHT AND CENTRE. HE THEN AGREED AND SAID HE GOT PERMISSION FROM SOME MANAGER AND I MUST COME IN. HE TOOK THE PHOTOS AND THEN COMES BACK TO TELL ME THAT THE PHOTOS WERE NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND I MUST COME IN AGAIN AS IF I HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO DRIVE UP AND DOWN AND I WORK IN KEMPTON PARK. WHEN I GET THERE HE IS NOT THERE ND SEND ME TO ANTHEA, THE GUY THERE TAKES MY CAR IN TO GET PHOTOS AND ANTHEA TELLS ME THAT THEY NEED 4 DAYS TO APPROVE. FOR SOMETHING THAT SMALL, I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHY 4 DAYS. YESTERDAY I TRIED CALLING HER 3 TIMES AND SHE DOES NOT CALL BACK. TODAY THE SAME THING. I ASKED TO CHECK IF I CAN DROP IT OFF TOMORROW AND SHE DOES NOT COME BACK TO ME AS... TBC WILL POST
