I bought a brand new car 3 months ago and had such horrific service from the time of paying cash for my car right until the delivery and the licencing which took over 10 days
this week my rubbers around the drivers door are now hanging out the vehicle
i tried to contact vw umhlanga this morning and had the phone ring for over 20 minutes tried again had my phone call answered then cut then answered and cut again. The receptionist then says no one is in can she get servicing to call me on monday. PATHETIC.I have now reverted to usig Barons edwin swales phone answered within 3 minutes and my car booked in first thing on tuesday. I know that i will NEVER AGAIN buy a vw purely because of vw Umhlanga. Pathetic service I would hate to think of the service people get from vw umhlanga when purchasing on hp if that was my experience paying CASH
