Took my Chev Captiva to Chevrolet Westvaal to repair clutch and pressure plate as they are the chev specialists in Rustenburg. I asked them also to do a major service while the car was in the shop. After about two weeks I phoned the to find out what is happening with my vehicle. I was informed that they are still waiting for some parts, the next Friday i phoned them again and was told the car would be ready that afternoon. then I received the car their was a play on the steering and it did not want to go, like it had a miss fire. I phoned them and was told they were already closing and I can phone them on Monday. Monday I phoned them and could only take the car back on Wednesday, they check and I was informed that the steering rack is worn out, (it was fine when it went into the shop) why had to loosen it to work on the gearbox. I was told that the plug cords were done that is why the engine was not working correctly. I ask them why they did not pick this up when they did the major service at R3082.00 for the service. I was told I should have requested if I wanted it repaired, Hallo this is your job, YOU ARE THE "EXPERTS"!!! I RECEIVED MY CAR STILL NOT FIXED!!!
