I bought a new vehicle from Marthinus about two months ago, he has since facilitated the replacement of my ill-fitted safety window film, reverted with pricing and availability of certain optional parts I wanted fitted after the purchase, and a few other useful calls. His willingness to assist, even though many of his efforts should have come from an after-sales function, have developed a trust in him and the dealership, which I'm sure is shared by many others who have experienced the purchase of a vehicle from him. I have found his service to be admirable in a service delivery era where we long to at least be addressed with pleasantries. I applaud and commend this individual, and hope that he will be an example for others.
I congratulate VW on their appointment of this young man, I would suggest keeping him happy - you don't find many who delight customers in the way he does.
It's a good thing then, that Audi and Mercedes Benz salesmen still haven't called me back...
