Bad treatment

I had a breakdown on 27 July 2012 and contacted the Mazda road assistance and my vehicle (Mazda 3 Sport Dynamic) was towed to Daly Auto - Potchefstroom. On 30.07.2012 I got an email from the Workshop manager Mr Francois that they will not be claiming from warranty: "We suspected bottom radiator hose (non genuine part) leaking water, causing engine to overheat..We cannot test water system because engine already blown."I was given a quotation of R46793.05 for a new engine. It is sad that the claim for my car could not go through based on suspicions. I phoned customer service but was advised to take the dealer (Engine Stop) to court. The workshop manager also told us that they can keep the car for a period of 12 months without charging for storage but I was suprised when I got a call from Me. Chanttel informing me that they would be charging me R150/day if I did't remove the vehicle from their property. I then foned the workshop manager and he said that there was nothing he could do, whereas in the first place he said that we shoul keep him updated on the case (I had taken the advise to consult a lawyer). I phoned customer care again and was advise to contact the specialist but he neva replied
