I ordered AND PAID FOR 3 canvas prints on an online special at Q-Photo on 1 October. The promise on the website said that I will receive my order within 5-10 working days. It is now 6 November and I have received nothing. When I queried it at the branch they had no record of my order. I have proof of payment and order numbers. This is unacceptable.
