Order placed on 24th June, payment made and confirmation email received.By 3rd July, no product delivered, so called the 0800 number. Friendly gent explained that there had been a problem but if I confirm my delivery address the problem will be rectified! 16th July STILL no product so I called to no avail. Sent email to help@ and will clearly die before getting a response! It is now 4 months later, STILL no response, STILL no product. I think this supplier should be closed down and charged with! Quick to take money but then is not held accountable!
