Same problem for two years

I bought my car brand new from the dealership two years ago and within the first 3 months I discovered a problem with my petrol tank and the fuel gauge. I called in and sent the car to be repaired. Two years later and I still have the same problem and every time I bring it to the attention of the people in the centre, the first give me some excuse on how this is my fault for the way I drive. I have friends with the same car and regardless of the amount of petrol being put in, the gauge moves. I have complained and told them to fix it but every time I get it back there has been little to no progress. I am fed up of the way I am treated and that nothing is fixed when I get the car back. The problem is so bad that I sometimes have to drive with the DTE on. The unprofessional behaviour and the fact that nothing gets fixed and the customer is not helped is definitely moving me away from Ford for life.
