I needed to have my car serviced & duly booked it in with Hyundai Princess Crossing. The incompetence of the staff dealing with service bookings is almost unbelievable! I was given factually incorrect information, they did not return my calls, they could not even get it right to load my correct contact details onto their system. Whether the car service was actually done properly, remains to be seen - I now have my doubts. The interior of the car was not even vacuumed properly.By that time I had given up & did not even bring this to the attention of the disinterested staff. The sad fact is that I needed to bring the poor customer service levels to the attention of the managers, Neil & Alan on a number of occasions and they did not even follow up of their own accord to see whether their staff were delivering more professional service than originally. If management does not take pride in their levels of service, clearly staff attitude will continue to dwindle. What a sorry and disappointing experience!
