I just want to compliment the level of service and specifically the general attitude of the staff at this branch. Every time we go there it is a pleasant experience and the way the staff explains delays or just address you is exceptional.
A special mention to Princess and Adelaide who is without the future managers of this company as they simply walk that extra mile and carry a smile consistently. Its small efforts like these that makes me and my wife return to this branch over and over.
I am not sure if Tebogo is still the guy in charge there in terms of management but I have a great deal of respect for how he manages his staff because it seems to be something he is reflecting on them as it is apparent to everyone.
