Waiting for spares

I bought this brand new zotye 1.3 nomad in 2011, since then i have being have problem with this vehicle. First was the engine light being on all the time which took them over six months to sort out (after it was taken about eight times). Then it was the abs braking light kept staying on, which was fixed (after two visits) Then the gears was not selecting properly (Gear box replaced) Now its the diff, which i complained when i took it for the 45000km service, i was told that the spares on order and i my ride the vehicle.in the mean time the diff ceased. i took the vehicle in on the 26/03/2013 and since still waiting told they are waiting for spares. the vehicle went for all the services and my account with Motor Finance Corporation bank is up-to-date. at the moment i am still waiting for a response. all warrenties and contracts have T&C, i have kept to this but when it come to the dealer and the bank it not problem with them. i am spend so much money on traveling and do not have transport at the age of 51 years. the bank send registered letter insisting that i must pay the installment, which i pay for something i do not have in my position. Can anyone helppp?? in this regard.
