Very Bad Service

I Bought my car March 2012 From the Dealer
There was some Faults they Have Promised to Repair
I Phoned The sales Person and the Manager and Told me they Will Phone me When They have The Parts
Till Today My Car has not been Fixed Everytime i Phone Them They Just Say
We Will Get Back To You
Auto Pedigree Secunda has very bad Service

And About a 3 Months Ago i Tried to do a trade in instead and they said they will give me R45000 for my car
the book Value on it is R86000 the car has only done 34000km and is in good condition i take that as a Slap in the Face.
